Logan Township, N.J. — Mitsubishi Fuso Truck
of America (MFTA) has announced a new incentive program for
the 1Q 2010. Called “Get Up & Go,” it offers
1.9% APR financing for 24 or 36 months in the U.S. and 5.4%
APR financing for 48 or 60 months in Canada to qualifying
retail customers who purchase and take delivery of a new
model Mitsubishi Fuso medium duty truck by March 31, 2010.
Mike Rumsey, MFTA’s vice president, sales operations,
said, “We saw strong sales in December of 2009. In
fact, we sold our 100,000th truck in North America on December
30, and we agree with the recent economic forecasts that
suggest recovery in the commercial truck sector is under
way. We’re trying to help, with a strong financing
program for all of our medium duty truck customers.”
The 1.9% APR financing in the U.S. is available through Hitachi
Capital America (HCA), while the 5.4% APR financing in Canada
is available through Daimler Truck Financial. Not all buyers
will qualify for the lowest APR offers. Actual rates, terms,
down payment, and program eligibility will be determined
by the respective finance company based upon the creditworthiness
of the customer. Those interested should see a Mitsubishi
Fuso authorized dealer for complete details.
